Wedding Planner, Coordinator and Stylist FAQs

Planning a wedding can be an overwhelming experience and can often throw lots of questions in the air. I hope to alleviate some of those concerns below, if you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will happily answer you. My wish is to give my couples their best wedding day and for them to be as stress and anxiety free as I can make them.

Will I lose all control over my wedding day?

No, we are involved as much or as little as you'd like. We can manage the day only while you organise and plan the wedding, you then handover to us to manage the day so you can relax and enjoy yourself.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we have all the relevant insurance required and can show you evidence if preferred.

Do you get commission from suppliers?

Any commission is passed directly to our clients.

What area do you cover?

We are based in Somerset although we cover the whole South West UK but we are happy to discuss with you if you are looking for outside the area and wanted to use our services.

Who are you?

We are cousins, Sam and Roxanne. We work well together and we both bring different ideas together to make your event special. Sam is the owner of Wedding Regency and Roxanne often supports Sam on the wedding days

Can you provide any references?

Yes we certainly can. Please just ask.

What happens if Sam is sick on my wedding day?

In the unfortunate event that Sam is sick on your wedding day, Roxanne will already be up to speed with everything that needs to be done on your wedding day, she will have an assistant with her for extra support. Sam will be available to Roxanne via phone all day and night if needed. All your suppliers will already have the timeline and will know what is to be expected of them during the day. If Roxanne is sick, Sam always has a steady stream of family, friends and other planners willing to be her assistant.
