What is full wedding planning and how can it support you?

We take our time to get to know you and we really get down to the nitty gritty of what is important to you. We will dig deep into your preferences so that we deliver a wedding that is perfect and as individual as you two. With unlimited contact throughout, we are always available to go through any concerns you may have and to give you the reassurance that everything will be ok. Sam is always contactable via email, text, whatsapp or phonecall.

• Present on the day and arrive before your first supplier and leave at a time that you prefer

• Unlimited contact throughout via video calls and face to face

• At least 1 venue visit to walk through the wedding day with you

Your investment is 10% of your total budget with a minimum of £1,500

Our expertise in month of the wedding planning and coordination will provide you with:

• We put together a timeline for your suppliers. We check they have everything they need. Often, its the obvious things that can be missed such as power points or tables. We fix these before they become a problem

• We work closely with your suppliers from one month before the big day and are available on the day to coordinate them and ensure they have all they need

• We are both present on the day, we arrive before your first supplier arrives and leave at a time that suits you

• Unlimited contact in the month prior to the wedding day

• At least one venue visit with you to walk through the wedding day plans

• Video calls in the month before with you to ensure the day will run smoothly and to discuss any concerns

• Ideal package if you like to plan but want to relax and enjoy your day and have someone check everything is as it should be

This package is perfect if you have already planned and booked most or all of your suppliers and would like to hand over the details for us to bring it all together. We can often see potential issues and will nip them in the bud before you even know about it.

You can upgrade to full planning if preferred.

Your investment is £650

On the day wedding management will give you the benefit of:

• We follow your timeline and accept no responsibility for any issues that arise due to your timeline

• We are present on the day for a maximum of 12 hours

• We arrive before the suppliers arrive and leave at a time that suits you

• Maximum of 5 calls before the day to discuss the wedding day

• Can upgrade to other packages if preferred

This is ideal if you want to plan and book all your suppliers and put together your own timeline.

Your investment is £500

This wedding service is perfect for those who want full planning but their budgets don't allow.

• I support you in your planning, I advise you what needs to be done and when. Including tips on building your own timeline

• I can offer you my preferred supplier list or you can source your own

• I advise you on things to look out for in a supplier

• Includes on the day management as above

• Maximum of 10 hours of virtual consultations and one venue visit

Your investment for this package is £850

This package is perfect for those who want to DIY their weddings but need support in how to go about it. I offer consultations over the phone or video call on a pay as you go basis.

The investment is £40 per hour and no contract or ties, pay for two sessions and get a third for free. On the day coordination not included.
